The name Hampton House came about organically after we showed friends and family photos of the property. Everyone's first comment was "it looks like a Hampton House". It's very cosy and understated, with a wood burning fireplace, hammock and spectacular views, you can't help but be drawn into a state of complete relaxation.

The retaining wall on the beach is a work of art, built by a stone mason over the course of a year, the 3 levels of cut stone will leave you spoit for choice when looking for the ideal spot to sit back and enjoy the views.

Hampton Beach House is located in a tiny seaside enclave a few minutes north of Coffs Harbour in Sapphire Beach, tucked well away from the tourist throng. There is just a handful of homes which call the ocean their backyard and this in one of them.
