Is linen provided?
Yes, all linen and bath towels are provided.

How often is the house serviced?
Every 8 days a full service is provided. If you would like extra services during your stay the cost is $200 each service.

Is there security car parking?
Yes, Liapari has a double garage.

What is the bedding arrangements?
There are 4 bedrooms 3 of which have king beds (1 with king-split) and one room with 2 sets of bunks. Ideally accommodates 8 but will sleep up to 10 on request.

Liapari Entertainment?
There is Austar, DVD & CD stereo.

Are cots and high chairs available?
Yes, just ask.

What is the beach like?
It’s simply stunning but not recommended for swimming during large swells. The fishing is great right out the back!

Is there internet connection?
Yes, we have broadband and wireless so bring your laptop.
