Deposits and Final Payment
A 25% deposit must be made at time of your booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival date unless otherwise organised.

Cancellations
If booking is cancelled giving 30 days notice we will refund your deposit less a 5% administration fee. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival there is no refund unless we can secure another tenant.

Conditions of Occupancy
The maximum persons permitted to occupy the house is 8. Additional persons may be permitted only by arrangement. Additional persons not declared will incur a charge of $100 per extra person per night. Parties are not permitted and if this condition is breeched then the owner has the power to end guests' tenancy immediately without refund.

Check Out / Check In
The premises are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure.

Early Departure
No refunds will be given for Early Departure.

Cleaning
The premises are to be left in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so will incur a charge for extra cleaning.

Pets
Although much loved, pets are not allowed.

Management reserves the right to charge guests’ credit card for damages and breakages, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses.
We will not be responsible for any interpretation or misunderstanding about the premises booked and our cancellation policy will apply.

Guarantee

If Liapari Beach House does not exceed your expectations on arrival and you make a decision not to stay, we will refund your money in full.
